Short Biography

I have been passionate about becoming an obstetrician and gynecologist since age 5! I graduated from Koc University School of Medicine in 2019 as a full-merit Anatolian Scholar. In 2021, I attained master degree in Data Science, Koc University with full-merit scholarship.  

As a future female health specialist, I am fully aware of the WHO's health definition. To promote women’s health socially, I completed the “Gender Studies Certificate Program” at The Center for Gender Studies at Koc University during medical school. I also completed Postgraduate Certificate in Epidemics and Ethical Global Health at AUSN. In recognition of my exceptional global service, I was recognized as an International Public Health Ambassador. Currently, I am a MSc in Global Health Candidate at Koc University where I aim to strengthen my background to help women all over the world.  

During medical school, I decided to be a clinician-scientist. I am highly interested in gynecologic oncology. I have been taking all the possible opportunities to improve myself in the field of OBGYN. Thus far, I have gained extensive international experience in Turkey, France, the UK, Australia, the USA, and Germany. I received numerous grants for majority of my professional activities. As an aspiring clinician-scientist, I have published several peer-reviewed articles! I am a member of AAAS, AACR, ASCO, AWIS, ESGO, ESMO, ESHRE, IGSC, ISGE, OWSD, PARSGO, and SGO.  

Finally, my ultimate goal is to make a breakthrough(s) for better understanding and improving women’s health. My motto is that keep doing my best simply because women deserve the best care possible.
